Does LABEL-R run on its own or must it be integrated into a line?

Both configurations are supported. LABEL-R works as an independent labelling station, or integrates into an existing packaging line, upstream or downstream of a filler, capper or palletiser. This dual compatibility lets you label inline or offline depending on production needs.

How accurate is the label placement?

Placement is guided by automatic container detection combined with an adjustable applicator head. Accuracy stays constant however long the run lasts, whereas a manual station drifts over the hours. The exact tolerance depends on the container and label type, and is set during the preliminary audit.

What does a format changeover involve?

A changeover takes a few minutes and requires no dedicated tooling. The operator adapts the module to the new container using position markers, which limits downtime between runs and makes the equipment relevant on sites with high reference turnover.

What happens when the label reel runs out?

An end-of-reel detection system alerts the operator before run-out. The change is anticipated, which avoids unplanned line stoppages and the loss of containers already committed to the process at the moment of interruption.
