Automatic Monobloc Filling, Capping and Labelling Machine
All-in-one rotary carousel up to 3,600 bottles/hour: filling, accessory insertion, torque-controlled capping and labelling on a single frame.
Who is it for?
The Monobloc is aimed at SMEs, contract packagers and production sites within large groups looking to combine filling, capping and labelling on a single machine without losing flexibility. It is designed for multi-reference workshops in cosmetics, perfumery, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and food, where the line moves from a serum bottle to a pump-dispenser cream, or from a syrup to an eye-drop bottle, several times a week.
How does the Monobloc work?
Every operation takes place on a circular plate — the carousel — which indexes from one station to the next on each pulse. This step-by-step rotary motion guarantees identical treatment for every bottle, whatever the format loaded. The full cycle has 7 stations:
- Feeding and uprighting of bottles from a rotary table onto the infeed conveyor
- Step-by-step transfer onto the carousel, by a central star wheel driven by a brushless motor
- Precision dosing by mass flow meter, electromagnetic flow meter or volumetric pump
- Insertion of the inner plug or accessory (dropper, pipette, pump) by vibratory bowl
- Cap placing and screwing or crimping, with electronic torque control
- Labelling and marking, on the carousel or at a dedicated outfeed station
- Discharge onto the collection table, with automatic rejection of non-compliant bottles
- Up to 3,600 bottles/hour within the footprint of a single machine
- Filling, capping and labelling combined on an indexed rotary carousel
- Dosing under 0.5% — mass, electromagnetic or volumetric depending on the product
- Automatic accessory insertion: dropper, pipette, pump, brush
- Electronic torque control on capping, inline quality check and automatic rejection
- Format changeover in under 20 minutes, via recipe and star-wheel and jaw kit
- Automated CIP: hot water, alkaline solution and rinse in under 30 minutes
- ATEX version for flammable, solvent-based or alcohol products

- Chemicals: ATEX version for concentrated detergents, acids and crop-protection products, with vapour extraction at the filling nozzles.
- Food and beverage: chunky sauces, thick honeys, dairy products and fruit juices, with CIP between recipes and 316L hygienic design.
Everything about this machine
Bottles, jars, tubes, ampoules and containers from 5 ml to several litres depending on configuration, with a maximum bottle size of 100 × 60 × 150 mm. On closures: screw caps, crimp caps, dispensing pumps, droppers and caps with a built-in accessory (brush, pipette). Each format has its own star-wheel and jaw kit, selectable in minutes from the touch screen.
No. The operator selects the matching recipe on the touch screen: the machine adjusts its dosing, speed and capping torque parameters. The remaining mechanical adjustments — central star wheel, guides — take under 20 minutes and require no particular technical skill.
Three technologies to choose from. The mass flow meter reaches under 0.5% and has no retention zone, which makes it the choice for cosmetics and food. The electromagnetic flow meter goes below 1% on conductive water-based fluids. Volumetric pump dosing suits viscous and chemical products. The technology is settled during the product audit, ahead of ordering.
Yes. Fill level, capping torque and cap presence are monitored on every cycle. Any non-compliant bottle is ejected onto a separate reject lane without stopping production. The compliance rate therefore stays stable, including on long campaigns.
Yes, in the ATEX version. It adds certified motors and electrical components, vapour extraction at the nozzles and earth bonding of the whole frame to remove any spark risk. That version is used for alcohol-based perfumes, industrial solvents, thinners and crop-protection products.
