Automatic Inline Filling Machine 200 ml to 50 L | Debiline
Automatic inline filling machine for fluid, viscous or foaming liquids, from a 200 ml bottle to a 50-litre jerrican. Bottom-up filling and integrated CIP.
Who is it for?
DEBILINE is aimed at medium and large-run packaging sites in chemicals, cosmetics, food and pharmaceuticals, filling liquid to semi-liquid products — foaming, oily, viscous or alcohol-based — into containers ranging from a 200 ml bottle to a 50-litre jerrican. It is the machine for multi-format lines, where a single piece of equipment must move from small bottle to large drum without tying up production.
How does Debiline work?
Filling is inline and PLC-driven from a touch screen: the conveyor brings containers in, a group is isolated under the nozzles, then dosed. The number of nozzles (2, 4, 6 or 8) sets the batch size handled per cycle. The cycle runs in 5 steps:
- Container indexing — mechanical separators isolate a group of containers on the motorised conveyor
- Locking under the nozzles — pneumatic stops immobilise the perfectly aligned group
- Precision dosing — mass, electromagnetic or volumetric flow meter depending on the product
- Bottom-up filling — nozzles dive to the bottom of the container and rise with the liquid level, then close drip-free
- Discharge — filled containers move on along the conveyor to the next station
- Up to 120 containers/min, i.e. around 8,000 units/hour depending on configuration
- Formats from 200 ml to 50 litres: bottles, jugs, drums, jerricans
- Three dosing technologies — mass ±0.5%, electromagnetic ±1%, volumetric
- Bottom-up filling: diving nozzles rising with the level, no foam and no splashing
- Drip-free nozzles: clean product cut-off, no run-down on the neck
- Format changeover in under 15 minutes, by selecting a recipe on the touch screen
- Integrated CIP: automatic circuit rinse between products, with no disassembly
- ATEX version available, with vapour extraction at the nozzles

Typical use cases
- Chemicals, flammable and solvent-based products: explosion-proof ATEX configuration for packaging thinners, solvents and crop-protection products.
- Chemicals, viscous or corrosive fluids: volumetric dosing, 316L stainless steel and PTFE seals, with corrosive-vapour extraction at the filling head.
- Food and beverage: vegetable oil drums, syrups and sauces, with CIP between recipes and a retention-free circuit.
- Cosmetics and household care: shower gels, liquid detergents and foaming household products, bottom-up filled to avoid any overflow.
- Pharmaceuticals: syrups and antiseptic solutions in large volumes, with traceability of production parameters.
Everything about this machine
From a 200 ml bottle to a 50-litre jerrican: bottles, jugs, drums and jerricans. That is its main strength. Changeover takes under 15 minutes from the touch screen with no complex tooling: the operator selects the recipe and the machine adjusts its settings.
Through bottom-up filling. The nozzles descend mechanically to the bottom of the container, filling starts at high speed, then the nozzles rise in sync with the liquid level. Turbulence is removed, and so is foam. At the end of the stroke the machine slows down to trim the level to the millilitre and the nozzle closes through a drip-free system.
Three technologies are available. The mass flow meter weighs the product on the fly: ±0.5% accuracy, no retention zone, and it is the choice in cosmetics and food for hygiene reasons. The electromagnetic flow meter measures the volume of conductive fluids (water-based products) to ±1%. Volumetric pump dosing suits chemical and highly viscous products. The choice is settled during the product audit, before ordering.
The machine has clean-in-place (CIP). The PLC runs an automatic rinse cycle across the whole pipework and the flow meters — hot water or cleaning solutions — with no parts to dismantle. Dead legs and retention zones were removed at design stage, which makes the cycle effective even in food applications.
Yes, in the explosion-proof ATEX version. That configuration adds ATEX-certified components, vapour extraction at the filling head and earth bonding of the whole assembly. It is used for solvents, thinners and alcohol-based products. The ATEX certificate is supplied with the manufacturer file.
