Can the FSDC be loaded without a forklift?

Yes, that is its purpose. The clamping plates open down to floor level: with an access ramp, the operator brings the pallet straight in on a manual or electric pallet truck, with no need to lift it. Forklift and stacker loading of course remain possible.

What load capacity and height does the FSDC accept?

The standard model handles loads up to 2,000 kg, for a height between 600 mm and 2,000 mm. Above 2 metres, the machine is custom-configured according to the actual characteristics of your loads.

How does it differ from the FS pallet inverter?

The FS is built around a single clamping plate and is loaded by forklift or stacker. The FSDC has double plates that open down to floor level, which adds pallet-truck loading and removes the need to lift the load. Both turn 180° up to 2,000 kg: the choice comes down to the loading method available in your workshop.

Can the turning cycle be automated?

As standard, operation is semi-automatic by push buttons: the operator keeps control of each stage of the cycle. Depending on the requirements of the installation, the machine can be configured for a fully automatic cycle, which makes sense for repetitive operations.

How is operator safety ensured?
