How does the FS pallet inverter work?
The machine is built around a single clamping plate that holds the load from the start to the end of the rotation. It can be moved with a forklift thanks to its integrated forklift pockets, which allows it to be repositioned as the workshop requires rather than being fixed to one station. The cycle runs in 4 steps:
- Load infeed into the machine, by forklift or stacker
- Load clamping by the plate, which holds it throughout the operation
- 180° rotation — manual control by levers, semi-automatic hold-to-run, or fully automatic
- Unclamping and discharge of the turned load
- Load capacity up to 2,000 kg
