Pallet Changer – Hands-Free Pallet Exchange
The Pallet Changer is a hands-free pallet changer designed to perform all handling operations using a standard manual pallet truck, including pallet exchange directly at floor level.
The load is securely held and precisely positioned by three mobile plates: one upper plate and two side plates. Their clamping system adapts to different load characteristics before the tilting operation.
With a 1,400 kg capacity, the Pallet Changer is compatible with pallets from 800 to 1,200 mm wide and up to 1,200 mm deep. Pallets are picked up directly at floor level, eliminating the need to handle pallets at height and significantly simplifying pallet exchange operations.
The upper plate is equipped with a detection system for precise and repeatable positioning, while the side plates can operate in either optical detection mode or pressure detection mode, depending on the type of load.
Fully automated using a Siemens PLC and touchscreen interface, the Pallet Changer enables the pallet exchange cycle to be carried out simply and efficiently, while incorporating safety systems designed to protect operators. ** Key Features**
