G95 Pallet Tilter

The G95 pallet tilter is a floor-mounted pallet exchange device designed to facilitate pallet replacement without requiring the goods to be unloaded.

The G95 is also particularly well suited for slip sheet removal.

Thanks to its 100° tilting system, equipped with a lateral sliding pad and rollers, the pallet can be easily removed from underneath the load. The 5° inclination of the rotating frame also helps reduce the risk of cartons being pulled or displaced when removing pallets or slip sheets.

With a 1,500 kg capacity and a clamp opening adjustable up to 1,950 mm, the G95 can handle loads of various dimensions. Its clamping pressure, adjustable from 30 to 150 bar, can be adapted to the characteristics of the products being handled.

The G95 pallet tilter is equipped with hold-to-run hydraulic controls: releasing the levers immediately stops the movement in progress. The machine is also equipped with floor-mounted mesh safety guards.
