Flexible Perfume Packaging Line
Complete automatic line for the filling, capping, labeling, case packing and palletizing of perfume bottles.
Who is this line for?
This flexible line is designed for perfumery and flammable-cosmetics players who need to package multiple bottle formats on a single piece of equipment, in ATEX environments.
How does the line work?
The line is organized in 12 integrated stations connected by conveyor, from unscrambling to palletizing:
- Automatic bottle unscrambling from bulk feed
- Internal blowing with 0.22 µm filtered compressed air and particle extraction
- Perfume dosing via mass flow meters — HMI-configurable density
- Independent glitter dosing module (3 to 34 mg, ±20% accuracy)
- Level adjustment station ensuring constant perfume fill level at ±0.25 mm across all formats
- Pump feeding via hopper + ergonomic-height vibratory bowl
- Mechanical pump crimping on bottle
- Cap feeding and pressing
- Automatic front-and-back labeling preserving the tamper-evident tab
- Inkjet marking on case (lot, expiry, barcode)
- Automatic case packing into the SPCB outer case with fill control
- Automatic palletizing with counting and vision control
- Throughput up to 1200 bottles/min on 10-30 ml, 100 bottles/min on 50-100 ml
- Multi-format 10/30/50/100 ml, round and rectangular bottles
- Mass flow meter dosing
- Integrated glitter dosing module
- On-board ethanol CIP in closed loop, 15-30 min cycle
- Format changeover < 30 min with 2 trained operators
- ATEX 2014/34/EU and 1999/92/EC, ISO 22716, CE compliant

Everything about this machine
All stations (unscrambler, doser, crimper, capper, labeler, case packer) are designed to handle a continuous range from 10 to 100 ml, on round and rectangular bottles. Changeover between two formats is done by 2 trained operators in under 30 minutes, with no tools for routine adjustments (positions are marked). Brushless and servomotor technology guarantees adjustment repeatability across changeovers.
The line integrates an independent glitter dosing module placed after perfume dosing. Depending on format, doses range from 3 mg (10 ml) to 34 mg (100 ml) with ±20% accuracy, the industry reference for this type of low-density solid inclusion (0.5 g/cm³). The module can be disabled for non-glitter references, or re-parameterized recipe by recipe via the HMI. Glitter density can be adjusted if you use your own supplier.
Perfume contains high-concentration alcohol, it is classified as flammable. Two directives apply: 2014/34/EU (ATEX 95, equipment) and 1999/92/EC (ATEX 137, worker safety). Our line complies with both: the bulk supply network and filling zone are ATEX, the assembly is earth-bonded with continuous equipotential monitoring. Upon loss of bonding, transfer and filling are automatically stopped with alarm display. All bulk hoses are ATEX-rated and do not lie on the floor. ATEX certificate provided.
The CIP (Clean-in-Place) cycle runs in two stages: closed-loop wash with used ethanol, then rinse with clean ethanol. Rinse liquid is recovered. The cycle takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on the product cleaned. The dosing system is designed with no retention zones; non-CIP-able parts are removable and replaced with CIP-dedicated parts. A P&ID and standard operating procedure are provided.
Yes. The supplier is responsible for FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) execution at SPC, with your participation, then SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) on your site. Acceptance reports are provided. The line is designed for direct MES connectivity and for remote maintenance access. All operation data, controls and alarms are exportable based on configured access levels (operator / maintenance / administrator, 30 users per level).
