Case study: aseptic filling and capping under isolator in a sterile area
Integrating a filling and capping system under isolator at the heart of a sterile-area production line: a flexible, multi-format solution, from bulk feeding to final control.

Aseptic packaging of pharmaceutical liquids leaves no room for compromise: the product must never be exposed, and the operator must never come into contact with the critical zone. For this project, SPC engineered a filling and capping system under isolator, integrated directly into the production line of a sterile area.
A monobloc under isolator, integrated into the line
- Volumetric, peristaltic or flowmeter filling depending on the product
- Capping by screwing, crimping or pushing
- Integrated final control at machine outfeed
- Bulk feeding of vials and caps, manual or automated to suit your needs

Flexible by design: several formats, one machine
The solution was designed to follow production campaigns: format parts change quickly to switch from one vial to another on the same machine, and the custom design adapts each station to the constraints of the site. A flexibility built on more than thirty years of primary packaging equipment manufacturing, since 1990.
