Robotic filling and capping module for sterile environments.
This module for filling and capping in a sterile environment is initially designed for containers arranged in a nest, but can also be adapted to handle containers distributed in bulk.
Compatible with the vast majority of commercial syringes and vials supplied pre-sterilised, this automatic machine is fully compliant with the new requirements of Annex 1.
In particular, the robotic arms make it possible to increase reliability and throughput, but also to limit human contact and, consequently, the risk of cross-contamination.
