The volumes are standard, but the parts can readily be customised to suit your dosing challenges.
Not all our references are listed here: we have already built pumps for volumes from 0.120 ml to over 250 ml.
Our in-house design office can adapt a pump design to a new volume range and to a particular product.
SPC’s strength lies in that customisation, to reach the best possible balance between volume, throughput and product.
Sometimes that is not enough and the environment around the dosing pump has to be addressed: this is our speciality, through training as much as through technical expertise.
Our experts come to your lines and support you until the changes are in place.
We have inspection tools, for instance, that check the alignment of your pump once fitted on the machine, to avoid any premature seizing at the start of production.
