Our sealless volumetric piston pumps are intended for liquid packaging. They can be used on filling machines of any brand.

  • Custom design
  • Hard chrome and PVD CrN coating (high mechanical resistance)
  • Single-piece construction in 316L stainless steel or ceramic (ZrO2 Y2O3, ZrO2 MgO zirconia or Al2O3 alumina)
  • Positioning the cleaning chamber at the bottom improves pump cleanability
  • No assembly or disassembly between cycles: cleaning and sterilisation take place directly on the machine
  • Leak test before shipment (Flotest®)
  • Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Contamination risk is reduced by 30%: the product touches only two parts during filling, against three or more on other pump types
  • Our CIP/SIP pumps accept a wide range of volumes, from 0.005 to over 100 ml
