We manufacture needles with tube diameters from Ø 0.25 internal up to Ø 20.

Our traceability policy means nearly all our tubing is batch-tracked, so we can supply a 3.1 material certificate.

The needle can be partly responsible for filling problems — bubbles, splashing, overflow. We have handled a great many such cases and know how to optimise the part to limit, or remove, whatever disturbs filling.

In most cases the pump or the needle accounts for only a small part of filling problems.

Other aspects of your line often need examining — throughput, product dosed, installation — to find the root cause. Our technical experts come on site to analyse the situation and resolve the malfunctions.
