The goal is to start with an existant machine basis ( Malys or Maxys ) and to customize it according to your specifications so that it is completely adapted to your needs.
Ideal for :
Designed to be compact, our machine can be installed and integrated on existing posts with or without laminar flow in a RABS or an insulator.
Waterproof, without retention, made of stainless steel 316L electrolytically-polished, this machine fully meets the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF / GMP) and other health standards.
It is compatible with most of cleaning products and bio-decontamination systems (H202, HVP).
This flexible machine is ideal for small batch production, the measure post integrated to Malys® Machine provides high dosing accuracy. The change between the two formats can be done in less than 10 minutes!
Gel filling is optimal on this machine and allows not to have bubbles in syringes.
