GEOMAX : Geometrical and functional check of the piston

This tool allows to verify the geometry of your pump piston.

The pump piston is the most sensitive piece of a pump. Indeed it is a long piece of small diameter. The piston can therefore, when it suffers efforts, deform, and this can subsequently cause a jamming of your pump.

The aim of the Geomax tool is to check pieces before their establishment in order to anticipate this type of incident.

The bench permits to achieve four checks :

• Check of the straightness of the sliding surfaceof the piston.
• Check of the concentricity of the sliding surface of the piston and the piston attachment.
• Check of the symmetry of the piston attachment compared to the sliding surface.
• Check of the coating piston.
