Filling and gazing needles for Bosch machines

For Bosch machine, the most recurrent tubes diameters are : 

• Ø 1,5 x 1,1mm
• Ø 2 x 1,6mm
• Ø 2,5 x 2,1mm
• Ø 3 x 2,6mm
• Ø 3,5 x 3,1mm

We can make needles with tube diameters ranging from Ø0.25 inside to Ø20.

We have a traceability policy for several years, therefore almost all of our tubes are subdivided with consequently the possibility of providing a material certificate 3.1.

The needle may be partly responsible in some cases for filling problems ( bubbles, splashes, liquid that overflows...), we have already treated many problems and we can optimize many parts of the piece in order to limit, or to remove the aspects that disrupted the filling.

It should be noted that the pump or the needle represents only a small part of filling problems in most of cases.

It is often necessary to look at other aspects of you filling line ( cadence, dosed product, installation...) in order to find the origin. We have technical expert who can interverne on your installations to analyze the situation and allow you to solve the malfunctions.

All models are achievable and can be adapted to all machines of the pharmaceutical market.
