Attachment system

The system KLYX is an improvement solution of the workstation, in cases where budgets stay insufficient for the installation of a Malys complet system of digital control dosage.

Most important benefits of an establishment of a such system are speed of pumps change without tools, the reduction of pumps jammings and in many cases the improvement of repetition.

The system establishment is to replace existing attachments by those manufactured by SPC Engineering and, if necessary, to the adaption or mechanical change of the surrounding environment.

The heart of the patented system KLYX is the pump fixing by unbending support in place thanks to a deformable flange in plastic or composite.

It is also possible to achieve the establishment of this system on machines using pumps 3 pieces rotative bushel ans dosage piston. It permits to replace these machines by pumps 2 pieces with rotative piston. The pumps 2 pieces advantages are plentiful : 

•          Reduction of the number of pieces and so risks linked to cleaning et assembly
•          Facility of assembly on improved machines
•          Removal of the crossties holding cylinders on the machine and difficult areas to clean it includes
•          Jammings reduction
•          Disappearance of leaks at the bottom, this one being closed
•          Possibility to establish differential pumps for the dosage of very weak volumes

This modification calls little elements into question, and allow, in many cases, to retain dosage pumps. Frequently, a simple procedure of " change control " is enough to validate the change.
