The tool is especially dedicated to Bosch machines and other machines equipped with pumps three pieces with a fixed cylinder, rotative bushel and measure piston. The IC control allows to check if the alignment between the upper attachments ( bushel ) and lower ( piston )and the pump cylinder is correct.
The data of controls are returnable in a report that allows their interpretation and to indicate in time the different checks achived.
This tool can be used on a regular and routine preventive or during a heavy maintenance before the restart of the line to make sure there is no misalignment that could generate a particle redrop and jammings of pumps.
